We invite you to experience the quintessential South Dakota upland bird hunting experience. Each year Tumblweed Lodge strives to ensure our guests have the opportunity to hunt pheasants in vast numbers once relished in the glory years of the 1950’s. Sharp-tail grouse, prairie chicken, and Hungarian partridge also provide a challenge for those seeking the “Grand Slam of the Dakota’s”. Tumbleweed’s private ranch-style atmosphere is well suited for the discerning sportsman. All of this is accessible just by stepping out of the lodge. Tumbleweed Lodge is family owned and operated, and have been involved in agriculture for more than 40 years.
